Hi, I'm Gwendolyn, I help individuals and couples navigate through one of life's hardest challenges, going from a couple to becoming parents.  You're probably reading this and trying to figure out if I'm the right therapist for you, I get that, so I will just cut right to it and tell you some things about me that might help you decide if I'm the right therapist for you.  I'm an active therapist, meaning, I ask questions, point out patterns and actions and help you to get to the root of what really brought you into my office.  Past client's have described me as gentle, caring, nurturing, understanding and unshockable.  There is a balance to be found in therapy and I hold space for my client's thoughts and emotions when they need it and I also push and encourage my client's when they need it.   I know it is possible to heal, grow, and create fulfilling relationships.  I also know change is scary.  With the right support and the willingness to try to do things differently I know that you too can feel better.  Learn more...
