Fees and Billing: My current fee is $150 per 45 minute session (Individual Therapy) & $300 per 90 minute session (Couples Therapy).

I ask for full payment at the start of each session.  Payment can be made by credit card.

Cancellation: Your designated hour is your financial responsibility; therefore you agree to pay the fee for your appointment, for the duration of our therapeutic arrangement, regardless of whether you choose to come. You are able to “make up” for cancelled appointments in addition to your regularly scheduled appointment within the week before, during, or after the date of your absence, if our schedules align. This means that you may have 2 therapy sessions in one week. I will make every effort to find a time for you. You are allotted one “free” cancellation per year for each time that you attend per week. (For example, if you attend therapy twice per week, you are given two “free” cancellations.) You are not required to pay for sessions that I cancel. I will make every effort to alert you of my planned vacation times in advance. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are going to miss your session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be given the option to be rescheduled and will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.

Late:  When you schedule your appointment you are securing time with me for 45 minutes.  Unfortunately missed time cannot be made up.  If you are late to your appointment you will be charged the full fee.

Email: I am happy to use email as a way for us to connect.  Please be aware that emails sent during non-business hours may not be checked or responded to until business hours.  You may email me at Gwendolyn@GwendolynNelsonTerry.com

Telephone:  I do not offer 24 hour phone coverage.  I am available to you during business hours, while not in session.  If you leave me a message during business hours I will do my best to return the call within 24 hours.  Messages left during closed hours will be returned within 24 hours of the next business day.  In case of an emergency or if I cannot be reached, please seek assistance at your local medical facility or call 911.
